AgentSource is a unified point of sale platform for BCD Travel consultants that consolidates traveller profiles, trip status and multi-category content. When the floodgates opened in 2022 and travel resumed at a higher than anticipated rate, AgentSource allowed agents to work more efficiently and maintain a higher-than-average traveller satisfaction rate
